In 1985 he graduated from Shanxi Agricultural University. He is currently a member of the Shanxi Provincial Political Consultative Conference Party Group and Deputy Director of Shanxi Provincial Political Consultative Conference Party Group. Also, he is the Chairman of Shanxi Federation of Trade Unions.
